Q1: What are your stores opening times?

Monday – Saturday 10.00-18.00

Q2: Why are certain items out of stock?
At A6 Furniture we are always trying to keep the maximum amount of stock on site for your convenience. However, due to popularity and the supply issues some products may not be available at different times. If this is the case we can always give very good estimates of when the furniture will be available and try our utmost to ensure that customers are waiting no longer than a maximum of four weeks for any one piece.
Q3: Do your products come assembled or flat pack?
Some of our ranges do come flat pack. Our own design of ranges only every come in part or slight assembly allowing for both easier transportation and extremely simple methods of construction.
Q4: Is there a charge for the building of furniture?
There is a 15% increase to every piece of furniture that you require building and only usually takes a few days to complete at the most so as to never keep you waiting very long.
Q5: I’ve lost something at your store, how can I get it back?
If any items are found within the shop premises they are placed behind the front counter of both shops and you can come in and pick it up any time as shown by the opening hours in the 'contact us' link at the top of this page.
Q6: How can I get large items home?
Some items do come flat pack however, if items are too big to collect directly from the store we offer a home delivery service for which there is a link at the top of the page.
Q7: There is a mistake with my order or receipt, how can I rectify this?
The best way to do this is by either giving us a call or coming directly to the shop you ordered the furniture from as and when is convenient for you. You can find the relevant details in the ‘contact us’ link at the top of this page.
Q8: What are A6 Furniture catalogues?
At present we have nine catalogues available that all show just how much time, effort and quality go into our products. They cover all our main ranges that we design ourselves and we believe that they will give you clear, creative and affordable solutions to help you turn your house into a home.
Q9: Were can I get one of these catalogues?
The easiest way to do this is either by visiting us in store or by using the ‘request a brochure’ link at the top of the page.
Q10: How often do new catalogues come out?
This usually happens whenever a new range comes into stock. At current we have two new catalogues being produced and we hope to see them in circulation by the end of July 2007 for both the Hampshire living room range and the Harringworth bedroom range.
